Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-01

Vitalume respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

When you fill out our contact form we collect: your name, age, phone number, email, wellness interest and any message you provide. We store this information securely in our database to be able to reach you back.

We also automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, improve the website and — with your consent — send educational content about longevity and wellness.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, CRM) under confidentiality agreements, and when required by law.

4. Cookies & advertising

We use cookies to run the site and to measure usage. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to hello@vitalume.health. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have GDPR / CCPA rights, including the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent.

6. Data retention

We keep contact information for the time strictly necessary to respond and maintain a relationship with you, and no longer than 5 years after the last interaction unless required by law.

7. Contact
